If you've purchased products at different times with different email addresses, you will have multiple accounts on our student portal. Please email us using the contact button on this page and tell us which email addresses you have accounts under, and what your preferred email address is. We will consolidate your accounts so you have access to everything under one login.
How do I access my purchase?
To access your course or product, login to the Art Summits student portal here or click the LOGIN link at the top of our website. If you need password assistance, click the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the login page. Once logged in, you'll see your products listed under "My Products."
My Videos Aren't Playing
There are a few things you can try: (1) Refresh your page. (2) Log out of your student portal and log in again. (3) Update your web browser. (4) Try using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome.
How do I update my payment information?
To update your payment information, simply login here, then click the silhouette icon in the upper right hand corner and go to "Settings." Next choose the "Billing Info" tab at the top right and you will be able to update your payment information there.
